Administrative support to the company is directed by Cathy B. Smith. Collectively, Apollo Group consultants possess over fifty (50) years of clinical, operational, legal and regulatory experience in hospital management, managed care, physician practice management, physician integration and fully-integrated delivery system development initiatives.

Apollo then assists in the development and implementation of the operating systems necessary to accomplish an identified strategic objective. In its Specific Project role, the Firm is retained to accomplish a particular result or remedy a particular problem in an existing organization.


Fees and Charges

Apollo seeks to develop long-term relationships with its clients. Apollo typically charges hourly for its services. However, work is also performed on a project-specific basis. Retainer arrangements for clients desiring ongoing assistance and support are encouraged.
